Welcome to Detroit Area Council's 1999 Wood Badge Course. Scheduled for August and September 1999, course C-32-99 will be held at the Pines Training Center at D bar A Scout Ranch (located just outside of Metamora, Michigan).
This course marks the 42nd time since 1959 that Wood Badge training has been offered in Detroit Area council. This year, Tom Jarosz, a Michigami District Vice Chairman, serves as the council's twenty-third Scoutmaster.
Registration for the event kicked off at the annual Wood Badge and Junior Leader Training breakfast that was held in January. Early registrations are up over the past few years, so Scouters are encouraged to sign-up early.
